Conor is one of the founding members of GDP partnership. Over the last twenty five years, he has been advising commercial property owners, occupiers, developers, PLC’s, government departments and financial institutions on all aspects of their real estate holdings. A strategic, progressive and critical thinker, he is determined to continue to assist people with their challenges, with direct, pragmatic, and results driven advice. Areas of particular expertise include real estate, corporate finance, and debt restructuring.

Peter has had a career in Corporate Banking spanning 38 years culminating in Regional Director role for Santander in Northern Ireland. Since joining GDP in 2018, he has successfully contributed in making Clearpath Finance become the number one alternative lending platform in Ireland. Peter’s background and experience gained over his professional career now positions him as one of the key members of the Corporate Restructuring and Finance Team, finding solutions for business owners in these challenging times.
